Current Water, Wastewater (Sewer) & Garbage Rates

Water, wastewater (sewer), and garbage rates are set by Chapter 14 & Chapter 37 of the City’s Code of Ordinances. Both Chapter 14 and Chapter 37 mandate automatic annual adjustments each October based on the U.S. Consumer Price Index (CPI). These adjustments allow the city to sustain the reliability and the safe operation, of city-provided utilities.

NOTE: Last year (FY2021), no rate changes were made to any of the City’s utility rates.
