Current Water, Wastewater (Sewer) & Garbage Rates

Pursuant to Sections 37-49 and 14-10(c) of the Code of Ordinances, the rates for water, wastewater (sewer), and garbage services have been increased by 1.2%, effective October 1, 2025. This adjustment has been determined in accordance with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the Houston–The Woodlands–Sugar Land area, utilizing the year-over-year percentage change in the April index as the basis for calculation.
