Karate is a sport that promotes self-defense and builds confidence. The registration fee is $70 per individual. You may try the first lesson for FREE before registering to ensure the class is a good fit for you. Once registered, participants must have a uniform, which is purchased from the instructor for $50. Additional fees may apply for tournament entry and belt advancement tests. Tournaments are not required for participation in the class, but are required for belt advancement tests. Advancing in rank (belt color) is optional. This is a year-round program divided into four sessions, each ranging from 8 to 10 weeks. During each session, your child will learn techniques, sparring skills, and how to compete in a tournament.
Youth Program (Aged 4)
Our Little Cub Program focuses on children aged 4 and uses games and drills to build basic motor skills, balance, coordination, and discipline. The program teaches respect, focus, and self-control alongside simple punches and kicks.
Youth Program (Ages 5–12)
We offer a safe and fun karate class for youth ages 5 to 12. Karate teaches self-defense and awareness while building confidence. Our focus is to provide a positive, safe, and uplifting environment for children and families to train together. Through our program, students develop self-confidence, self-discipline, strength, endurance, improved focus, and overall health.
Adult Program (Ages 13+)
Our adult karate program focuses on developing self-defense, awareness, and physical fitness through fundamental strikes (punches, kicks, blocks) and forms (kata), while fostering discipline, confidence, and stress relief. Classes accommodate beginners through advanced levels. Participants may progress at their own pace and ability, with the opportunity to earn a black belt in American Karate.
Our instructors are trained and certified in American Karate and are proud members of the Bill “Superfoot” Wallace System.
