Pasadena Food Drive Mission Statement

The Pasadena Food Drive is an annual community initiative held in the months leading up to the holiday season to ensure that no family in our city goes without a nourishing meal. By collecting non-perishable food items and monetary contributions, we support and replenish several local food pantries that serve our neighbors in need. We invite individuals, businesses, and philanthropists to join us in this vital effort to foster compassion, alleviate hunger, and strengthen our community’s spirit of giving during the holidays and throughout the year.


Pasadena Food Drive 2025: A Year of Community Impact

This year, the Pasadena Food Drive brought together our incredible community to make a lasting difference for families in need. Thanks to the dedication of volunteers, generous donors, and supportive partners, we achieved remarkable results:

• 55,874 lbs. of food collected.

• $34,405 raised to support five local food pantries in Pasadena.

• 225 volunteers contributed their time and energy to help sort.

A special thank you goes out to Chevron, our title sponsor, for their generous donation of $20,000, and to the Pasadena Independent School District, which collected over 35,000 lbs. of food for the drive.

This year’s success was truly a community effort — from schools, businesses, and churches to families and individuals — everyone played a part in fighting hunger in Pasadena.
