[ARCHIVED] PRE-REGISTER for RAD Training

The Pasadena Police Department will offer a women’s self-defense course beginning February 13, 2024. This is a four-day course, which will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm each night. (February 13, February 15, February 20, & February 21) Ladies aged 14 and older are eligible to register. 


Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) provides effective options by teaching women to take an active role in their self-defense and psychological well-being. R.A.D. is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. 

The comprehensive self-defense course for women begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance while progressing to the basics of hands-on defensive training.

Once you're pre-registered you will receive an e-mail for further registration instructions.
