RAD Women's Self-Defense Course 2021_September

The Pasadena Police Department will be offering a women’s self-defense course beginning September 7th, 2021. This four-day course will be held at the Pasadena Police Academy located at 6052 Genoa-Red Bluff Rd. in Pasadena.

Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) provides effective options by teaching women to take an active role in their self-defense and psychological well-being. R.A.D. is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive self-defense course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defensive training.
