[ARCHIVED] Adult Citizens Police Academy

Adult Citizens Police Academy 2021

The Pasadena Police Department is hosting its 39th Citizens Police Academy, beginning March 2, 2021. This 11-week course is designed to give students a better understanding of the Pasadena Police Department. We will cover topics such as S.W.A.T., Crime Scene Investigations, K-9, police pursuits, Investigations, and much more. Classes will consist of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice.

You will visit different areas of the police department and see it as few other citizens have. We will help you understand how we do our jobs, why we do things in a certain way, and how you can help us to serve you better.

Classes will be held once a week on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Pasadena Police Academy, located at 6052 Genoa-Red Bluff Rd.

To register for this course, download the registration form and either mail it or fax it no later than February 15, 2021. For more information, please contact the Community Services Division at 713-475-7025.
