[ARCHIVED] Women's Self Defense Course

The Pasadena Police Department will be offering a women’s self-defense course beginning March 17th, 2020. This four-day course will be held at the Pasadena Police Academy located at 4801 Spencer Hwy. in Pasadena.

Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) provides effective options by teaching women to take an active role in their self-defense and psychological well-being. R.A.D. is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive self-defense course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defensive training.
