The Pasadena Police Department will be offering a women’s self-defense course beginning August 13th, 2019. This four-day course will be held at the CT Church located at 6109 Fairmont Pkwy. in Pasadena.

R.A.D. provides effective options by teaching women to take an active role in their self-defense and psychological well-being. R.A.D. is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive self-defense course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defensive training.
